may occur at the sites of resolved varicella-zoster
lesions [2,3]. These include acneiform eruption,
xanthomatous changes, granuloma annulare, sarcoidal
and tuberculoid granulomas, granulomatous vasculitis,
unclassified granulomatous dermatitis, tinea, furunculosis,
contact dermatitis, nodular solar degeneration,
pseudolymphoma, psoriasis, lichen planus, lichen
sclerosus, morphoea, lichenoid graft-versus-host
disease, granulomatous folliculitis, eosinophilic
dermatitis, acquired reactive perforating collagenosis,
cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease, lymphoma and
leukemia, Kaposi's sarcoma, angiosarcoma, basal
cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and cutaneous
metastases from internal carcinoma [3].
