• Edad > a 50 años
  Rigidez < a 30 min
  Crepitación
  Hipersensibilidad ósea
  Crecimiento óseo
  Sin derrame palpable
  Eritrosedimentación <40
  Factor reumatoide <1:40
  Liquido sinovial

CRITERIOS RADIOLOGICOS

Dolor en la rodilla y al menos 1 de estos 4 criterios:

• Edad > a 50 años
  Rigidez articular matutina < 30 min.
  Crepitación
  Osteofitos

CRITERIOS CLINICOS

Dolor en la rodilla y al menos 3 de estos 6 criterios

• Edad > 50 años
  Rigidez articular matutina < 30 min.
  Crepitación
  Hipersensibilidad ósea
  Crecimiento óseo
  Sin derrame palpable
